Do we NEED to be in love?

Well, nope.

But most of the time, we just WANT to be in love with a rite person!

It's not about of SHARING happiness to be happier @ saddness to be less-depressed.

It's all about a good companion til the rest of ur life.

• Someone who would listen to my nagging most of the time and be a "pillow" when I'm down.
• Someone who go through many NEW & INTERESTING stages of life ahead.
• Start a small family of my own...
• Going supermarket more often than shopping centre....
• Plan $$$ more better than before...
• Learn to do (more) housework!
• Wife Role? Motherhood? or even Mother-in-law many years lata? LoLz~
  

It will ONLY be, if you wanna make ur life getting more fruitful, mysterious and challenging!

It's somewat friends might not be able to go thr with you ALL the time.
Cos eventually, more & more priorities are setting up for growing adults as time goes by.

Of cos, I would choose to be single than to end up with a wrong person.
And that's why I believe that not everyone has to be attached.
It's always better to take some time to wait for a right one.
It's all about luck and fate.
Life is like a gamble, isn't it?

Imagine having so many failed r/s and being hurt for countless times....
Or to choose remain to be single and feeling much lesser troubled by wrong guy?
So, noone need to be in love.

However ms PIG used to tell me; most ppl dun need to be in love BUT I need to.

'cos to her,
I won't get used to live my life alone & I can't be independent.

and to her,
I need a disciplinary "principal" & someone who can make a crybaby smile most of the time.

If I CAN choose a lover for me, I would choose Tony Leung (粱朝伟)... cos he's so cool + smart + super yandao + humorous! But of cos, if I were to choose a suitable bf for me, it will still be Woody loh. So, stop dreaming! haha~

Random rants - 4013 orange

Recently, there has been this office pantry talk going on....

"The 4013 orange is sweet and very nice to eat! Somemore, its very cheap!"

4013? secret code? some china brand?

After my investigation and some free tasting (with compliments from my colleague).....my findings are as follows;

1) they are refering to 'Sunkist 4013' oranges aka navel oranges
2) the oranges are not all sweet (I ate one which was sour)
3) the oranges are found in 'Shop n Save' and very cheap indeed, last time i checked, it was $1.75 for 5 )
4) how to choose? Choose the ones with "navel' on the bottom, they are likely to be sweet.

If I were to choose my fav colour, it would be orange colour (totally irrelevant...I know...but dun care lah!)

Just discovered a lot of pple actualli read this stupid bitchy blog of ours..(we have a couple of members here, but as you can see, I m the only active one around...).

Hmm...have to be careful not to bitch about the pple who read this blog...

Especially my colleagues...!gasp! including senior managers (the pms lot) and my former supervisor cum boss !gasp! X 100...

As for friends or comrades (you know who you are, yes, I m referring to YOU!) who dropped by, I won't hold back my reins to bitch about you.... ha! :D

Wedding jitters - the invite

I tink we got not much time. (what's wrong with this sentence? It sounded so right when u say it. But when u type it out, it looked so wrong...)

hmmm....

I tink we've got not much time (that's better)

Went to the wedding invite cards printing firm recently with mr FAT.

Thought that we could select the cards immediately.

Alas, I knew it, we could not.

There were many pretty choices but we are looking for the one with the X-factor.

We toyed with the idea of printing our ugly mugs onto the cards.

Maybe its a good idea since we are getting back our photos soon.

We were excited but....

It would cost more than twice as much to print our mugs on the cards...Life is not as perfect as we all know...

To pay more for the eXtraordinary factor? Or to stick with the safe, traditional card and pay less?

The thing is we do not know if having our wedding photo on the cards look a bit passe....both of us are not artistic, for goodness' sake! Is it worth the while then?

I ve got up till 15 Mar to decide since my wedding album will be out then....

If I have my way, I would send the wedding invite via email and sms...But hor, come to tink of it, it is more sincere to send a card...

New home jitters - Queue number

Received our replacement flat selection letter on 7 Feb.

Selection period is from 15 Feb to 23 Feb and our date is 21st Feb...AHH!!

And our queue number is 300plus...out of the 600plus 4-rm units...AHH!

We are somewhere in the middle...

We worry that we might not get the best view, best floor and best block!

ARGH......

We did a listing of choices based on the block, the floor.

We certainly hope we can get our 1st choice, but being paranoid, our list of choices came up to 89.

Just hope that the 300 plus applicants in front of us choose the lousy blocks and the lower floors.

My first choice is Blk 219B, #16-114

Not a reali nice number, but I dun reali care abt the number...what's more impt is the location.

Ugly-sounding blk number? No choice for that coz the whole cluster of blocks are named 220A, 221C blah blah...Bo piah...

Was I comforted when I heard that GR's queue no. was 613 and his selection date was the last day?

NO.

I empathised with him.

Our first choice is not exactly a dream choice for everyone (which is good so we got higher chance to get it). Its near MRT track, its at the corner and its the 2nd highest floor.

Then why is it my first choice?

Tell u when I get it.

If I were the last in the queue, I might murder the rest in front of me to get to the front, grr...I'm joking lah, CAN'T U TELL?!? grrr.......

Missing Clumzcat

Juz wanted to post this up....

Clumzcat should be landing in Sydney airport now....

I wonder how long it would take her to find internet access and email us....

See her almost everyday during sec and JC days but almost lost contact with her after our JC, we met up like once in every year then..maybe even lesser...we seldom see each other even after we started work....

Last year, we started our monthly (well, almost monthly) gals gathering...

hmm...starting to miss her

Strange...never miss her when we lost contact during uni dzys...

Maybe it is the thought of her not being in Singapore..

But then, there is internet wah...

Class gathering

Its been two years since we met up with each other.

I recalled the last time we met at Cartel in PS.

Last nite, we met up again this time at my orange house.

To me, they were the same like they were in sec 3 and 4 even they are now men...

Boys will still be boys.

JX, the bengish good lookin one with a quiet demeanour, he looked like a ah beng but speaks with a gentle voice, almost like a little lamb :D I alwis tink that he is trying to hide the loud voice, boisterous body language, hot temper from us.

He was the first boy to arrive and was upset that he just scratched his mitsubishi....watever..expensive sporty car at a multi-storey carpark, I tink.

TG and JL arrived shortly.

TG, the joker, the ah beng wannabe. He is the life of every party, gathering, and he was too, last nite. Well, besides bringing yusheng to the gathering, he brought laughter and fun too. And he gave me a bottle of red wine which was very strange for a 'beer-boozer-lookalike' him.

JL, the quiet one. I find that he talk more when not in a group, but one to one. Maybe I m wrong, I alwis tink that he is bullied by TG...maybe I m right? He was the first to leave as he has to fetch his gf, how sweet...

mr Dinosaur was the next to arrive and he brought me a bottle of red wine which was very logical since he was a wine connoisseur wannabe. He denied he had a gf but I figured he should have a real big close target which is about to hurl into his net. I see him more often than the rest, so I shall not say too much abt him, ha!

SW was the fifth to arrive and he was dressed in his office attire. Like before, he looked a bit blur and even forget to give me his oranges. Maybe he thought my parents would be around? and the oranges were meant for my parents? at least he was not the only who thought that he could meet my parents! haha! Heard from someone he has romed and he was one of the fastest in this group to get hitched!

YW came next. He looked a little boy like before but he looked fitter. He is also a quiet one but SP alwis tell me that he is actuali very sociable and frenly...mabbe I m too boisterous and loud and tink that only pple who speaks softer than me are quiet types? He has become a avid photographer. I have seen the photos he took and I really thought that the photos were great!

DQ was the seventh to arrive. He was the one with the tiniest eyes. I wonder if teacher ever accuse him of sleeping as his eyes were really small. Anyway, I alwis like guys with small eyes..they looked cute and cool at the same time..that's why I love TL and Paul...one's cute and one's cool :D

LW was next to arrive and he looked as suave and well groomed as before. He was the arrogant and hao lian one and I did not speak to him much then. Now I find him a bit silly. No longer the arrogant guy but the silly joker. Kept insisting he dun ve a gf, mabbe true coz I tink he like guys....haha...

The last one whom by has been waiting for...ok lah, she not waiting for him lah. I rem the times we teased her relentlessly abt him and her....

ZL came last and cracked the greatest joke of the day by asking me where are my parents?!?!
He had expected to see my parents, so funny. I tink not only him but most of them tot that they will see my parents :D Too bad! no hongbao! nei nei bu bu...

Besides the boys, of coz, my favourite girls; ms Ah Lian, ms Clumzcat and ms Beyond are there too. Not forgetting our two 'male-maids', mr Fat and mr LPXX.

We had a great time reminiscing the past and bitching about the teachers :)

No doubt, everyone will be looking to another gathering soon!

If I were to organise the next gathering, it would be at my wedding in june! Ha!
