Idiot!

I have to say this because this is extremely annoying!!! There’s some individual here whom we have seen each other in many events and instances but that person simply refuse to acknowledge my presence or talk to me. Fine, so I take the initiative to smile, hoping that person will at least smile or better still say, ‘Hi’ and we’ll strike a conversation. But that person just look away! How annoying!

You might be wondering why don’t I be the one to make the first move? What’s the big deal?

Ok, here’s the thing. I know that person obviously saw me and in fact was looking at my direction at several instances but refuse to look at me directly. And occasionally hovering somewhere nearby but never in my eye. So I played cool because I was talking to somebody and don’t want to be distracted but I sensed that person is looking at me and therefore we are existing at the same time zone. This is women’s 6th sense. Finally, I think I shouldn’t be so childish and being older, I took the initiative to smile. The response I got is that person just look away as if I didn’t smile. Is it because I am that hideous? Or a piece of vegetable or meat got stuck in between my teeth that person feels embarrassed to tell me or look at me in case an outburst of laughter ensured and humiliate me to the core?

My conclusion is that for unknown reasons my presence makes that person uncomfortable so I’m going to stay neutral and not let it bother me. Oh well, sometimes, others just don’t like someone because of how one looks. Cruel world! But hey, I’m not that ugly right???

Whatever it is, whether or not I am pretty or hideous, it doesn't matter. What matters is that I feel better now! Hee hee!
